Experienced Sales Representative

We're a laid-back team of about 60 developers who've been building custom software solutions since 2018. We lease teams of experienced IT specialists, build custom websites and applications, and also grow our own startup products in neurorehabilitation, remote medicine, e-commerce and cloud.

What you'll do

• Actively find new customers for TaaS (Team as a Service), locally and abroad
• Business development for our start-up products
• Lead deals from first contact through to signing and kicking off the collaboration
• Take care of your customer portfolio going forward
• Attend conferences
• Help shape our products' business strategy, pricing and marketing

Who we're looking for

• A salesperson with drive and a natural instinct for closing deals
• An open, communicative person
• Someone with experience in IT / tech sales
• A self-starter who actively seeks out opportunities
• Someone comfortable with international activities — conversational English is a big plus
• Someone unafraid to experiment with new technologies and AI tools
• A category B driving licence is a must
