Data Controller

The data controller, ProRocketeers s.r.o., Company ID: 07279531, registered office at Bohumínská 410/135, Ostrava-Muglinov, 712 00, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 75209 (the "Controller"), declares that all personal data processed by the Controller is treated as strictly confidential. The Controller handles it in accordance with national legislation and European Union regulations applicable to the protection of personal data.

The Controller collects, stores and uses your personal data within the meaning of Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "GDPR"). The individual purposes for which the Controller processes personal data are set out below.

The Controller also collects this personal data through its website at https://prorocketeers.com (the "website").

The Controller issues this policy to ensure you are sufficiently informed about which of your personal data the Controller processes, for what purpose, for how long, who will have access to your personal data, and what rights you have. This policy applies to all personal data collected by the Controller, whether collected for the purpose of fulfilling a contractual relationship, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest, or based on consent given.

Data Processed

The Controller is authorised to process common personal data of website visitors, applicants and parties in pre-contractual relationships (inquirers), and customers, according to the purposes of such personal data defined below.

The individual purposes of processing are as follows:

Fulfilment of a contractual relationship means: the relationship between you and the Controller arising from an order, registration, a concluded contract, an application and participation in a competition, and similar.

Sending commercial communications and offering products and services means: sending commercial offers via electronic mail (email), short text messages, or telephone call.

Accounting and tax purposes means: keeping accounting records within the meaning of accounting and tax legislation.

Personnel and payroll administration means: concluding employment contracts, processing payroll, and social security and health insurance contributions under Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labour Code, Act No. 582/1991 Coll., on the organisation and implementation of social security, and Act No. 48/1997 Coll., on public health insurance and amending certain related acts.

Statistical purposes means: anonymised measurement of website traffic, monitoring of page views, time spent on the website, and the type of device used to access the website. We collect this data in order to improve the services we provide and offer clients relevant content.

Displaying advertisements means: displaying advertisements on the website based on statistically determined customer preferences.

Legitimate interest means: effective defence in the event of a dispute; in such a case the processing period for personal data is 4 years from the expiry of the warranty period for goods, extended by the duration of any dispute. We want to continuously improve our services and, where appropriate, offer new and better services; we want to protect against activities that would frustrate this. Activities that contribute to this goal are therefore our legitimate interest. Legitimate interest also includes processing for the purposes of fraud prevention (e.g. assessing the risk of concluding a contract), direct marketing (e.g. offering relevant services to existing customers), transferring personal data within a group of companies for internal administrative purposes, reporting criminal offences and handing over personal data to the relevant authority, and ensuring network and information security. This list is illustrative only.

Fulfilment of other legal obligations means: providing information to law enforcement authorities, providing information to other public authorities, and similar.

We process your personal data for the period necessary to secure all rights and obligations arising from the mutual legal relationship, at minimum for the duration of processing an order, carrying out a transaction, arranging a service, etc., and further for the period the Controller is required to retain personal data under generally binding legal regulations, or for the period for which you may have given the Controller consent. Otherwise the processing period follows from the purpose for which the personal data is processed, or is set by law. Where no such period is specified, it is 10 years.

Personal data is processed by the Controller both manually and in an automated manner. The Controller is authorised to process certain information automatically, for example to generate statistical information about traffic on its website.

Common recipients of personal data include companies within the group, service providers, financial and banking institutions, and public authorities (e.g. for the fulfilment of legal obligations).

Personal Data Processed on the Basis of Consent

If we have obtained your consent to process personal data, it was for one of the following purposes: fulfilment of a contractual relationship; sending commercial communications and offering products and services; accounting and tax purposes; personnel and payroll administration; legitimate interest.

Rights of the Data Subject

As a data subject you have the following rights, which arise for you from legal regulations and which you may exercise at any time:

The right to access your personal data, under which you have the right to obtain from the Controller information as to whether the Controller is processing your personal data. The Controller is obliged to provide you with this information without undue delay. The content of the information is set out in Article 15 of the GDPR. The Controller has the right to request reasonable compensation for providing the information, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide it.

The right to rectification or erasure of personal data, or restriction of processing, under which you have the right to have inaccurate or incorrect personal data corrected. If your personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to request its erasure. If you do not wish to request erasure but only wish to temporarily restrict its processing, you may request a restriction of processing.

The right to request an explanation if you suspect that the Controller's processing of personal data is contrary to legal regulations.

The right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection if you have doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data.

The right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to the Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format — see Article 20 of the GDPR for details.

The right to object to the processing of personal data that is processed for the purposes of performing a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, or for the purposes of protecting the Controller's legitimate interests. The Controller will terminate such processing without undue delay unless it demonstrates a legitimate interest/reason for processing that overrides your interests, rights or freedoms.

The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, if you have given the Controller consent to process personal data.
